Inquiry forms collect contact and company details, project requirements, delivery location, timing and requested product documentation. Telephone is optional. Please do not submit payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through these forms.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to prepare wholesale quotations, review sourcing and trade requests, coordinate a response and understand demand by product category, sustainability requirements and service area. Authorized staff may record quotation values, supplier availability, lead times and sales outcomes in the protected inbox. Subscription preferences are collected separately with your consent. There is currently no automated email delivery.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website’s database and available through protected site management. Hosting providers process information to operate the website. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive form submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Aggregate daily page counts do not use advertising identifiers or tracking cookies.
